We were worried about going through a dealership expecting the usual dealership tactics. That was not the case with PMA. Mick was our initial dealer, and even though the shop was an hour from closing, Mick was not rushing us and took the time to go through our needs and wants. We browsed through 4 different vehicles and found our future car that was just received that day. There was no rush from him, and he even threw us the keys to take the cars on a test drive without him. The entire team helped with the paperwork and no hidden fees when we purchased the car. Definitely recommend!!

I purchased my car from this dealership a month earlier than planned because my previous car broke down right before I left on TDY. Despite ordering in advance, when I returned, my car still wasn’t ready, and I had to wait an additional 9 days without a vehicle, this is very frustrating when you have to find ways to get to work. This was not due to shipping the car was on the lot when I intially bought it; it was simply a delay with their paperwork. I was informed the delay was due to miscommunication within their team, who noted my return date incorrectly. Unfortunately, this meant they waited until the last minute to finish the process.Since receiving the car, it’s been running well, although the low tire pressure light came on after a few days. I checked the tire psi, which seemed fine, so I suspect it’s just a faulty sensor.Throughout the transaction, communication was inconsistent and often frustrating. Some texts went unanswered for days, which made the process even more difficult. Initially, I was denied a loaner vehicle, but after requesting again, they provided one for the final three days of the wait. At one point, I arrived when they were supposed to open and waited outside for three hours until someone finally showed up.Overall, it was a frustrating experience, but since I eventually received the car, I’m giving 3 stars.Update: I also referred a friend because the vehicles here are actually reliable nonetheless, but he is dealing with poor communication as well.

I had my car shipped from the dealership at Ramstein, and the process was very easy. Mick and the rest of the team were very friendly, and knowledgeable. I went into the office not knowing what type of vehicle I wanted, but he was patient with me and showed me a whole list in order to help me find the perfect one. After the car arrived, I also had them put tints on the windows. I would highly recommend!

I would give even more stars if I could. Bronagh is the best! She made what was a really complicated situation, really easy. She found a way to get my old car sold and my new dream car to me, all at the same time. I usually hate buying cars, but she made it such a good experience. She is easy to talk to and so helpful.

We had a great experience at Patriot. We looked at vehicles within our price range without pressure to increase our budget. Mick provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, respectful, proactive but not in a pushy way, and responded in a timely manner. When he had to go out of town we worked with Bronagh and we received the same excellent care from her. She even let me charge my phone using her charging cable a few times for which I'm thankful. Excellent service, excellent vehicle. We are happy to recommend Patriot's to others.
